1 General Terms

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 789ib platform are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the most widely used and reliable mobile payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

• Minimum deposit amount for all methods: ৳100
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is not permitted.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

• Minimum withdrawal amount for all methods: ৳500

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements may differ for certain games — please check the specific terms of each offer.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, IP address, or device.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 789ib may forfeit the bonus and close the account.

6 VIP Program

789ib's three-tier VIP program rewards regular players. Based on your activity and loyalty, you can move up through the tiers step by step.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%. Special benefits and faster withdrawal processing.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Maximum benefits and priority support.

VIP tier changes are at the discretion of 789ib. VIP status may be downgraded or revoked for inactive accounts or in cases of terms violations.

7 Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

789ib is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Abusing bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawing them.

7.2 Investigation and Action

If any suspicious activity is detected, 789ib may temporarily suspend the relevant account during investigation. If fraud is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

8 Gaming Rules

789ib offers various types of games including slots, casino games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before starting to play.

• Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, the relevant round will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• If an internet connection is lost, the result of the round in progress will be saved and can be viewed upon reconnection.
• Once a sports betting wager is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
